Hotel reservation is open
- We encourage you to book as early as possible for a wider choice of hotels.

- K.I.T. Group France has been appointed as the official housing agent for the 21st European Conference on Composite Materials 2024 which will be held in Nantes from 2nd to 5th of July 2024.
- We have secured a number of hotel rooms at various hotels with negotiated rates.
- To book your accommodation, please select your preferred dates and sort the list by category.
- Rooms in different hotels shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so remember to secure your room on time.
Hotel list:
- Rates include breakfast, local city taxes and VAT.
- Hotels have been classified according to eco-responsible criteria (see below):
Grading is from 1 to 4 « green leaves ».
Hotels with the highest number of leaves are those that meet the maximum number of criteria.
Eco-responsible criteria are:
- Location criteria
- Certification criteria
- Best practices criteria
Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a full deposit payment.
- In case of cancellation or changes before April 28th, 2023 the payment will be reimbursed, the deposit will only be reimbursed if K.I.T. Group France is able to allocate the cancelled room-nights to another guest.
- After April 28th, 2023 no refund of the hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show or early departure. In case of a refund this will be made after the conference.
- All changes must be made to K.I.T. Group France – Accommodation Support in writing and not to the hotel.
- All bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis, as long as there are still rooms available.
