ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- The presentation language is English. There will be no translation
- Only face-to-face presentations will be accepted (no videoconferencing or recording)
- The time allotted to oral communications is 12 minutes of presentation followed by 3 minutes of discussion.
- The time allotted to Plenary lectures is 45 minutes
- The time allotted to Keynote lectures is 30 minutes
It is essential that these times are not exceeded, in order to respect the parity between the presenters. Strict instructions will be given to the session chairs.
All presentations should be made in 16:9 landscape format and saved in pptx or ppt format.
Number of slides: please prepare 1 slide per minute.
Presenters must go to the preview room upon arrival or no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of their session to deposit their presentation.
Presentations will be managed centrally. Presenters do not need to bring their own laptop or USB key to the conference room. It will not be possible to upload your presentation to the PC at the lectern.
Opening hours of the preview room:
- Tuesday, July 2: 7:30 – 18:00
- Wednesday, July 3: 7:30 – 18:00
- Thursday, July 4: 7:30 – 18:00
- Friday, July 5: 7:30 – 12:30
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference.
Schedule for display and dismantling:
- They must be set up on Tuesday, July 2, starting at 08:00 and imperatively before 11:00.
- They must be removed on Friday, July 5, from 11:15 and imperatively BEFORE 13:00
The Organizing Committee declines any responsibility for loss or damage of all posters that have not been removed by the authors according to the above schedule.
Any poster not removed after this deadline will be destroyed
Poster dimensions
- Posters must be displayed VERTICALLY.
- The dimensions of the poster board are: 94 cm wide by 200 cm.
- We recommend an A0 print, i.e. 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high.
- Fixing material will be given to you on arrival.

Please refer to the poster number you have been given to locate your poster board in one of the 2 display areas.
Poster Discussion Session
Poster authors are asked to be present next to their poster board for discussions with other participants during the poster session on Wednesday 3 July, from 16:00 to 17:30.
